ADDRESS BY SMT. ASHA NAIR, DIRECTOR & GM
Smt. Asha Nair, the first lady GM in PSGICs, addressed the DROs 2015 - Batch III. She shared the stints of her journey & experience. She said that the Insurance Industry is a dynamic high growth sector and hence, the young officers can look forward to promising careers & there are ample opportunities to work overseas. Also, she emphasized that they should always take stride to transfers & accept it with an open heart. They need to learn both from their superiors and subordinates. PSUs offer opportunities to work in different roles and capacities which moulds a person to become an allrounder. Smt. Asha Nair is retiring from services on 30th September 2015 after completing 35 years of service in PSGICs.
